One Blood was inspired by the unresolved social injustice we’re facing and the racial tensions that are rising. It’s a ticking time bomb that needs defusing. I have too many loved ones to sit by silently; Black, Asian, Hispanic, Native American, White. Everyone has a different life perspective, story… ‘song’. One Blood brings to light the significance of listening to one another’s stories to begin healing relationships and realizing we are truly ‘in this thing together’.
